🌸 Free Entry - Tillingham Village Green
Kick off your flower-filled weekend with an evening of music, laughter, and a spot of fizz or a beer under the Tillingham sky. The night before the big show, our charming village green transforms into a lively summer stage. Expect live bands, delicious food, and that unbeatable feeling of dancing (or gently swaying) as the sun sets over Essex.
Drinks available from our friends at the Cap & Feathers and the Fox & Hounds Public Houses – bring your best smile and maybe a designated driver.

- Live Music – Featuring local legends The Wannabes, bringing 80s bangers and singalong classics to the green.
- Tasty Food Trucks – Tuck into everything from chips and more (or bring your own picnic if you prefer a DIY approach).
- Raffle – £1 a strip, with blooming marvellous prizes to be won! Tickets available on the night – no need to pre-book.
- Children’s Fancy Dress – It’s all about the 80s! Think neon legwarmers, oversized hair bows, and more sparkle than a Blue Peter Christmas special.
- Glow Accessories – Light up the night with glow sticks and sparkly bits (available to buy)

- 7.10 pm Children meet at the stage for the fancy dress parade

- 9:30 to 11 pm The Wannabes
Totally laid-back and family-friendly, with plenty of room for blankets, deckchairs, and your best garden party spirit. Dancing’s optional but highly encouraged. Toe-tapping? Practically mandatory.
It’s the calm before the (flower) storm – and one of the most loved nights in the village calendar. Round up your neighbours, grab the kids, and join us for a proper good knees-up under the stars.
